The company was founded in December 10, 1996 by our Chairman and CEO, Fernando L. Martinez. The 1st Depot is located in the City of Pasig and was inaugurated by early 1997. From there, our retail network has expanded to areas such as Cavite, Pangasinan, Isabela and other parts of Luzon.

By 2004, further expansion reached General Santos and Davao City in Mindanao bringing more than 35 Gasolinahanng Bayan (GNB) stations nationwide by end of 2010.

Beginning 2011, we have initiated our expansion in the Visayas region through industrial accounts.
